History of Freedom
Park
Freedom Park got off to a bang
in October 1976 with the purchase of a 10-acre site for Donald Bean's
Motor, Truck, and Trailer project. A group of visionary Hermon
citizens worked together to evaluate the project and to present their
findings to the people of the Town of Hermon, who voted to support the
project.

Freedom
Park grew by leaps and bounds over the next twenty years, and we
marked that event with a 20th anniversary re-dedication ceremony.
Now, as we look forward, we are ready to celebrate our 25th year of
operation. Freedom Park has grown and never looked
back, and we know that the next 25 years will only be more profitable
and rewarding than the first.
