History of Freedom Park

The dedication ceremony -- click to enlarge.Freedom Park got off to a bang in October 1976 with the purchase of a 10-acre site for Donald Bean's Motor, Truck, and Trailer project.  A group of visionary Hermon citizens worked together to evaluate the project and to present their findings to the people of the Town of Hermon, who voted to support the project.
